Obesity is a worldwide epidemic and education is the only way to solve the problem! With fast food on every corner and unhealthy living becoming ever more present the need for education  is a necessity.

Betsy is available to come to your place of work, school or organization to discuss nutrition and give advice on how to eat healthier and be fit. Topics range from:

  • Clean Eating Foods and how to prepare healthy meals
  • Fitness education:  how much, how often, when, why and where…
  • Education on family planning for better nutrition
  • What to eat/what not to eat
  • Weight loss and Fitness tips and information
  • Ways to eat clean when dining out

Betsy Nutrition Seminars


I’ve been training with Betsy for about 8 months and I like to be challenged! With the techniques Betsy has taught me, I have toned and strengthened my body which I hope will help me to stay in shape for the rest of my life.
