I’ve known Betsy for a few years now and she has come a long way in her routines and physique. Betsy put it all together in Chicago and when I saw her at check-in I didn’t recognize her. She had never been in the condition she was for this show and she looked like a ghost of her Jr. USA physique. I caught up with Betsy and asked her to share a bit more about herself…

Betsy McNally Fitness Model

I’ve been training with Betsy for about 8 months and I like to be challenged! With the techniques Betsy has taught me, I have toned and strengthened my body which I hope will help me to stay in shape for the rest of my life. I feel better, I have more energy, strength & flexibility. In addition, I’m more toned than I have ever been. I have a better understanding of how each muscle group works, and how to incorporate these muscle groups into my workout. Betsy’s an extreme advocate on how nutrition plays a vital role in exercising or simply staying fit. When I attend a session, I’m always excited to see what different types of exercises she has planned. I respect her sensible and careful approach Betsy puts into our sessions and always answers my questions thoughtfully and truthfully. She is upbeat, positive, outgoing, and pushes you hard so you can achieve goals. She’s been instrumental in helping me achieve my personal fitness goals. I would highly recommend Betsy to anyone looking to work hard for desired goals whether it be strength training, weight loss, or training for a sporting event.
