Fitness Technique – Muscle, Energy, Weight Loss

I’ve been training with Betsy for about 8 months and I like to be challenged! With the techniques Betsy has taught me, I have toned and strengthened my body which I hope will help me to stay in shape for the rest of my life. I feel better, I have more energy, strength & flexibility. In addition, I’m more toned than I have ever been. I have a better understanding of how each muscle group works, and how to incorporate these muscle groups into my workout. Betsy’s an extreme advocate on how nutrition plays a vital role in exercising or simply staying fit. When I attend a session, I’m always excited to see what different types of exercises she has planned. I respect her sensible and careful approach Betsy puts into our sessions and always answers my questions thoughtfully and truthfully. She is upbeat, positive, outgoing, and pushes you hard so you can achieve goals. She’s been instrumental in helping me achieve my personal fitness goals. I would highly recommend Betsy to anyone looking to work hard for desired goals whether it be strength training, weight loss, or training for a sporting event.

Betsy, you are an inspiration to your clients! Not only do you give us your knowledge, you are there with us every step of the way. When I started your online 6-week program back in October, I didn’t know what to expect. I had no idea what I would gain from this since we were not working in person. However, what I gained was knowledge from a great teacher…and health professional. You made me look forward to the workouts and the meal plans you sent each week, because I saw changes in my body that I had always longed for. On your program I have lost over 20 pounds and have toned and gained strength that I have never had in my life.

Everyone has a busy life and mine is no exception, but you made it easy to put away those excuses and just do. Your program made me want to eat better, not only for me, but for my family. Your weekly updates were caring and genuine, and you my friend, are great at what you do. After taking two of your six week classes, not only am I still working out every day, but eating clean is now my way of life. I don’t even have to think about it or work hard at it anymore, it is just what I do. I have you to thank for how I look today.
