FAQs

How much is your hourly rate?
Please see my Training Programs section for all prices.

Do I have to participate in group training?
Absolutely not! I love group training but one-on-one is also a great way to train!

I have a group who wants to train with you, what do I do?
Check out my Training Programs section under group training. There is a book now button for the package you want. I would recommend paying on one card together. If this is an issue, I will be happy to set up individual payments for groups.

I would like to train in a group but I don’t have anyone to train with, what can I do?
Contact me via email and I will find a group for you. After that we will decide how best to set up payment.

I live far away but still want your workouts and meal plans, what do I do?
Sign up for my on-line training. I am also available to talk on Skype.

Are you available to speak on nutrition and fitness at my school, work or community gathering?
Yes, speaking is a passion I have and will create a lecture that is fun, interactive, informative and helpful for teaching and educating on fitness and nutrition.

Do you train athletes as well?
Yes! I have and area of specialization in gymnastics, but also know the fundamentals of sport and sport-specific training for most athletes.

Do you train men?
Yes! I prefer to train women because I am a woman and have had so much success with my own physique and countless others. I know a woman’s body and I feel a woman trains a woman better than a man. Call me sexist, but I believe its true. I feel my strengths and passion are with women, but am happy to train men and boys.

I have a home gym, can you come to me?
Absolutely! See my Training Programs page for details.

Living in a small “southern” town, I was a little apprehensive on how our parents would respond to the importance of nutrition for their athletes. Betsy’s presentation was perfect. She is so down to earth and related to our parents and the struggles we all have. She showed the importance of proper nutrition in a very informative way that both our parents and athletes could understand. She is a jewel and an asset to any program she is apart of.

As a coach and gym owner, Betsy is wonderful to work with. She is there to answer any questions you may have. Her boot camp was amazing. Betsy’s “out of the box” conditioning targets many muscle groups, we as coaches neglect. She was there to explain to both coaches and athletes the muscle groups that each exercise is focusing on and also how we use those muscle groups in our gymnastics. Her passion for what she does is contagious and she is an asset for any gym!
