I wanted to drop a quick note to all of you gym moms/dads, coaches and gymnasts…if you have been considering a boot camp/challenge with Betsy–DO IT! You will be amazed at the flexibility of the meal plans and the variety of the workouts (I can do them FROM HOME with minimal equipment and it always kicks my tail).
